Lost a lot of rpm. 232 rpm max observed, down about 20 rpm. Considering getting shorter cranks for it (175s right now).
Now I want to get my track bike on rollers/trainer and see how that goes. 170s on that bike.
That rpm equates to approximately 53.2 mph in 77 gear inches. The flying lap at HDC (250 meters) would be 10.5 second. Even with the loss of 20 rpm, you would have beat all the fast boys at elite natz by a solid 3 seconds in the first race of the Omnium.
