fair price to me is whatever TA is charging for theirs, plus whatever time it takes to program the machine. Price out cad/cam time and you'll see that you can't afford a fair price. People that run this kind of business almost never charge a fair price, which is why they don't usually last past their tolerance for unreasonable customers.
