Maybe I missed something (have Bek on ignore, and didn't notice this was his thread until after it came up -- OOPS!), but I have yet to see anything, anywhere, that suggests riding TO THE LEFT SIDE of a lane is acceptable practice in traffic.

Nor do I accept the thought that riding the fog line with traffic behind is FRAP. THAT, IMO, is CRAP.

Signal with your hands all you want to; if drivers notice, they may think you're spastic and give you more room.
