If I was in charge it would have happened in 2008. Unfortunately I'm not, but I'm also in this weird limbo situation where I kind of "ride for myself" (to use bike racing terms).

Kind of like Astana when Kloden and Vino were leaders. When Vino crashed everyone went to help except Kloden. That meant that although Kloden didn't have to help Vino, he also didn't get any official support.

I'm the Kloden of the store. I'm not the boss but I can implement things on my own. Ultimately I have the interests of the store at heart, but I can't do the real boss things (hire/fire).

Customers and local friends have asked when I'm going to buy/manage the store. I don't want to but it reinforces to me that I'm trying to do good for the store.
