Did just over 40 miles today at just under 3000ft. Front loaded the worst of the climbing @1700ft in the first 15 miles. Slow and steady
I am definately thinking the climbing takes more out of me (electrolytes/nutrition) as I started to cramp in the same back of leg spot about 38 miles in. Have to work on that.
Test saddle is not working out any better as the chafing is still there. Will have to try another.
