i'm in the same area and run 48x18/17. 48x13 is pretty steep, thats got be hard getting going from a stop. how fast are you going? unless you're consistently over 30 mph, 48-13 seems like too much. i'm usually going 20-25 around town, and 48/18 is perfect.
