mine has been over since April

. I realized that i effing stink in races whose primary features are 2-min long power hills but i can hang just fine on the longer hills. Alternatively, it could that i really hate the 1-2 minute anaerobic efforts. I also got my highest FTP w/kg ratio seven weeks after my last race, oh well... Dropped 3+kg from previous year.
Goals for next year? Get my cat-3 upgrade, do well in collegiate B races. Increasing my FTP w/kg by 10% and 5' w/kg by 7% can't hurt either. Oh and this is my last day of food indulgence for the next 3-4 weeks. planning on dropping 5kgs and currently 2.5kg over my race weight...
