+1 on scrods's suggestion of the nickel-plated maxway frame...
i have one & love the ride. it is my 2nd, i had the same frame in the same green he mentioned (se premium brew) & liked it so much that i bought the bikeisland version after my pb got messed up when i was hit by a car.

one of my riding buddies has this & for the money i don't think you can beat it...
