Powertap 2.4 freehubs (wireless 2008 model)

I recently landed a used wheel with Powertap 2.4 wireless hub, 2008 model, with a campy freehub.

I run a shimano 9-speed setup, and I have a couple of questions...

1. If I swap the freehub to a shimano-compatible one, does the wheel need to be re-dished?

2. If I just get a Miche 9-speed cassette and Jtek shiftmate, would I have any problems using the wheel with a shimano 9-speed rear derailleur, chain and shifters?

3. Does anyone know if this is Ant+ compatible, or do I need the hub updater if I wanted to use it with newer garmin computers?

4. Powertaps are not sold where I live (South Korea), so I would have to send the wheel overseas for service. What kind of issues should I watch out for if I wanted to avoid this hassle?
