Hi Juan, My understanding is that there were frame issues (inadequate welding) on a very few Kansi bikes, so they were all recalled to have their frames checked or replaced as necessary. I do not think they are discontinued. Will try to check with my Fisher contacts and advise.
I'm currently riding a DaHon, which Fisher used to carry, but no longer.
