yea there are Riser bars , from the MTB world .. Up a couple inches, and wider
and a bit more sweep angle..

Its what others have used,
You do have to replace all the cables and housing, though.. intentionally short at the factory , as they don't anticipate buyer changing things.



other problem is raising the bars , puts the bars into the ground when folded..

M bar set is sitting at Max , S bar is lower.. .. [upcoming H bar adds a bit more,
halved, to both sides of the hinge, so the fold doesn't increase,
as the bars to ground clearance, folded, is unchanged.

Know any Frame Builders? like in number 4 above,

they could modify the front steering mast, to fit a telescopic internal stem and handlebar clamp

might be a good idea to use a keyway in the mech, imho,
so turning the wheel will always happen
even if QR clamp is a bit loose.
