How do you know it's the BB getting loose? Do the crank arms rock side-to-side a bit? I've had BB's "click", BB's "grind" like shaking coffee beans, and BB's simply have seized. But rarely a "squeak." Most of the squeaking in that area comes from chain, crankset, and pedals.
Or seat. Or pedal cleats. Or handlebars/stem.
Diagnosing squeaks on bikes is seldom quick or easy, and particularly difficult via remote viewing.
