Ultegra is 120 grams more than Dura Ace including including cranks, and brakes not pedals. The statement was the Ultegra is 1 pound lighter than Dura Ace.
The weight difference of the entire 105 group set including all components except pedals in only 1/2 a pound.
You are another person spouting wrong information.., does anyone check anything before they post?? it is real easy to check component weight. The Dura Ace crank set weighs
40 grams more than the Ulterga 10speed and 25 grams
lessthan the Ultegra version with 3 chain rings, the DA weight savings come from the other components.
The main reason you pay more for higher end Gruppos is not for weight savings, it is for the quality of the components and the smoothness of the operation of the components.
As for your other ridiculous claim that the 105 crank set is 1/2 pound heavier than the DA crank set the weight difference is 55 grams...
Why do you post stuff before you check your facts?
