It may be too long. It's unwise anyway, so close to the ground that it'll pick up junk. I have a SRAM X-7 medium-cage derailleur on an 11-32 on my tikit and it's fine. A short cage is better still assuming you don't have more than a single chainring.

I believe the stock rear derailleur on the tikit (MicroShift) is a medium-cage.
