Thanks for the fast response. After looking at the comments and thinking about it, I will go with the full coverage ones (if my MTB allows them).

I just put Planet Bike Cascadia 29ers on one of my bikes. Fit great, easy as pie to fit as they come pretty much ready to mount right out the box, works without issue if you have disk brakes, as a large spacer is included to assist in making sure the support struts clear the calipers when mounting the fender. A slightly larger mud-flap compared to the ATB fenders (which are also great btw). Fits fat mtb tires up to 2.4" I believe.
These are the ones I will end up going with (have to make sure they fit). My goal is to have the bike setup for the end of the month so I will let you guys know.
