Keep talking high rolling resistance tires, and your gas mileage will suffer. Also, leave the hubcaps on the Prius, even though the aluminum wheels do look better that they are covering up.
I anticipate that our mpg's will drop 5-10% with the Blizzaks. Still cheaper than buying two $25K+ SUV's that get 18mpg.
