good communication, addressed all my queries, items packaged well, and arrived well within a week of ordering (international shipping to Singapore). ordered most of the parts to build up my bike from these two companies, minus the seatpost, stem, bar and chain.

bell's bike shop even sent me the new sram 2012 s300 crankset instead of the older model (the new model was not in their inventory at the time i placed my order).
