So far (in almost 50 years of riding), once. That was the time 10 years ago that I encountered a pickup truck making an "improper right turn", and ended up with a 3rd degree A-C separation in my left shoulder. Kept me off the bike for a few months.
Else-wise, it's always better to ride than not.
