I've become a believer of kinesiology tape now since having some knee issues. This stuff is NOT the same as some athletic tape. I currently use KT Tape you can pickup from Walmart. I buy the 14-10" pre-cut Y version, on sale for usually $8. It provides enough support for me knee, yet flexes and isn't a nuisance/bothersome at all while riding/pedalling. It is really the perfect mix for joint/ligament/tendon support for me personall to help alleviate knee pain and issues.

The one problem I have with KT's tape is even with proper preparation, rubbing alcohol on my application area and cleaning it well, it always eventually starts to peel off at the edges in many areas. It lasts long enough for my races/training rides, but there adhesive is a bit weak IMO.

I'm glad to see that Spidertech is offering pre-cut Y strips, since that is what I use, two Y-strips per knee. Spidertech's pricing isn't bad for the quantity, even at full price. I just bought 2 boxes of those for the price of 1 with the code. BUT, shipping was $9?!?! A bit stiff for a couple of small boxes IMO.

Anyway, thanks for the post TS and info. If you use other tape like this, gives you a chance to try there version now for a reasonable cost. Hopefully it will stick better on the edges/ends than the KT Tape doesn.
