I just replaced my old Schwalbe Marathon Plus tires with two new tires, same brand and model. These are notoriously stiff tires when new.

I needed levers to start the old tires off of the rims. I used a Bead Jack to ease the last six inches of each new tire onto the rims. It's the first time I've tried a bead jack and I am most pleased with how nicely it works.

Most tires I can do with my hands only.
