You're a joke. I spent 6 years in San Antonio, and spent time in Houston, Dallas, and Austin as well. While the hospitality was generally great, I didn't ever witness this chivalry you speak of.
The degree of assault is what's relevant, not the size differential. If anything, if an ape-sized man "attacks" a 105 lb. woman, and that attack consists of a shove...followed by his own voluntary return to the scene to offer his apologies, it seems to me that his "animal like attack" was anything but animal like (a mountain lion doesn't shove a deer to the ground, it drags it down, shreds it, then eats it) and he obviously realized that he was in the wrong. Not "animal-like" behavior.
But thanks for all the information on the rear-kicking. Would it matter if the man in question was 105 lbs. as well? Cause when I lived down there, my 120 lb.. neighbor got his head bashed in with a glass ashtray and other blunt objects by 3 people while he was handcuffed. One of them was a ~105 lb. woman, and nobody kicked their rears, although 1 of them went to jail when the other two claimed to have been there, but not participated.
