well, insurance basically just said 'suckmeoff' regarding some water damage so im dumping money into this house if i like it or not. when the repairs/renovations are done this place should have some extra 'curb appeal'. we were thinking in a few years to sell as its a two bedroom/carport property and we want a three bedroom/garage property but if the place is looking real good it'll be time to put it on the market.
