My philosophy is that eventually I'll become better - and I'm already better than I was last year.But anyway, today the outer side of my right foot turned purple (still sprained). I think it's blood from something - not to concerned, I guess it sometimes happens on more serious sprains. The weirdest part is how it appeared some 6 days later o.0
I also decided to set a goal of a 20 mile ride in 45 minutes - hopefully I'll eventually get to that.
