How much would new handlebars set me back if I decided on really wanting bar ends ?
THe guy in Evans fitted me to the Cannondale but even he thought I looked cramped and thought it was labelled up wrong. It was only when I got haome and looked up the Cannondale Sizing I found that a Large is a 18" Frame & XL is 20".

I'm currently riding a 2002 Marin Bolinas Ridge with a 24/34/42 upfront & 7-speed, 13 - 34 teeth on the rear.
I find myself running out of gears a awful lot and the front 24/34 cogs never used
