Of course there is also the option that motorists obey the posted speed limits as required. Why is it that having otherwise law abiding road users (like the OP) move out of the way for those intent on violating the speed limit, often the only option some can fathom?
I have no problem with expecting a law abiding citizen to move out of the way for a car wanting to pass them, even if that car is (or will) break the speed limit. If I'm driving the speed limit behind someone with smelly exhaust or what appears to be unsafe or inattentive driving, I want them to move over so I can pass if I'm in the passing lane.
