If I go 35 it will be Schwalbe Delta Cruiser in brown. I have them on my Raleigh Sports and Dunelt Fixie. I can only get the Sports up to 14 mph comfortably. The fixie is stripped down and has flipped Northroads and a linger stem and I can go 16-18 on that before I start spinning. I'm doing 20 with little effort on the Competition with the 28mm tires right now, but they are very delicate tires and I just tore the back one bad enough the tube is being held in with duct tape.
