S100s usually come w/the BB included. Mine were about $60 for everything. Had them for about a year and a half and they still work perfectly.
Every time I've looked at them, they are one of the most inexpensive, and seem to be fairly reliable from everything that I've read.
Curious however about any of the others because I'm still looking for an inexpensive crankset for my fuji track pro, and the s300 I was looking at went over my budget on ebay.
