I think if you had somebody with you that knew exactly what they were looking at and what for, this thing could be a steal.

New derailleur hanger = $15
New rear derailleur (depending on what you want to buy) = $30-$100
New chain = $12-$30
...potentially on a full carbon bike for under $400

Like as another poster said, this thing could have been in a wreck, so somebody has to know exactly what to be looking for and how to check for damage. If you make an uneducated decision and the thing is damaged, carbon repair ranges anywhere from $100-$400, depending on its severity (per repair location).

If it were me and I was looking for that kind of bike, I would at least go and take a look. It could be terrible or it could be a home run.
