Does well enough on gravel and great on dry dirt.

I do struggle with mud and wet grass while rolling the Vittoria Rando Pro 1.5's, love them otherwise, running them at 90 PSI for the roads and paved trails I am usually on.

'88 GT Timberline MTB
Cold Springs front rack from Old Man Mountain, rear is Jannd Expedition
53-42-32 with 11-32 9 speed, looking to go to 51-44-32-22 (Mountain Quad), 11-34 8 speed
48 spoke rear, considering going to drum brake as the U-brake conversion is less than ideal
Airzoundz horn (a must!), bell, flat pedals, map case, top tube bag, Mirrcycle mirror
borrowing a buddy's original Cobbworks panniers because I didn't finish building mine before this touring season.
