Down here, it rarely gets below about 20F, but it's humid, so it feels like 10F or lower with wind. I've ridden in 10F windchill, and I survived, but it was difficult. I would need better gloves, the ski gloves I have are only good down to about 30F.

Like Seattle Forrest, cold rain is pretty much where I draw the line. It only snows here every 15 years or so.
