My salsa Fargo, I'm waiting out the rain in lowell Michigan right now on tour. Am exploring the north country trail. Set a personal best tour day of 170 miles the other day. Not bad on 2.1's fully loaded on Michigan's back roads. If only it hadn't poured rain the last three hours of the day.
I would say that isn't bad and actually more like amazing. My best is 130 miles on a flat hwy in the middle of Australia with a tailwind using 1.25s.

Which 2.1s do you use for that kind of mileage? The Vulpines make an OK front tire for me but they flat often when used on the rear. However I am not light by any means.
