I'm not sure if you have 26 in wheels or 700c. But, here's a link to Handspun (made by hand) wheels with Velocity rims and Shimano tandem hubs. From what I know, the 145mm tandem hubs can be re-spaced into 135mm but you'd have to ask a shop to do it.
