It doesn't convert, one is a measure of total light output while the other is a measure of light per unit area. That's why the Cyo and Cyo R have different lux output for the same lumen output... one's distributing the light over a larger area than the other, so the intensity is lower.

In practical terms, I'd guess the Cyos are putting out lumens in the high 200s.
