Bikes: '10 Surly LHT, Rat-rod Klunker, '82 Peugeot PH12 Centennial

Still thinking about putting 2.0's on my LHT.... I've heard Schwalbe Big Apples are the best rolling "large" road tire out there, anybody else have experience with these?
