Campy freehubs tend to be very noisy. As long as it is just a rythmic clicking, no "grinding", there should be no problems. I've heard the noise likened to "angry bees". By the way, I have an 11sp Record group on my bike.
I have heard the same said about Chris King rear hubs.
I just checked my campy freehubs and a couple are noisier than the others but not really too noisy. I also checked my bikes with shimano freehubs and they were pretty quiet but a couple of the campy hubs were just as quiet.
