I am losing weight on this control the blood pressure diet modification. Much less salt, sugar. Haven't completely cut out the diet soda, but 80%+ of it. And the less sugar I eat the less I crave it.
I can only imagine how this might help my cycling, it already is. You are all so totally and completely effed.
BP tonight was still within standard normal range, 125/88. I want it down to 120/80 or lower.
