Sirrus Comp by Specialized are known as the best in the hybrid class take a long good look at them pay the extra money you will no regret it if money is'nt a problem go for the top of the line with carbon fiber forks with damping suspension built in nice feature then shock forks. I to can't decide on a road bike or hybrid but if i go hybrid and take the plunge i will go Specialized (light, light, light, bike), Trek may look better but Specialized has everyone beat on parts on the hybrid bikes take a ride see for yourself and please comment on your findings.
