Man - thanks for looking out! I was looking for a small debernardi 49 cm. I bought a new one for $475 from world class cycles with shipping. It's so pretty - although it's not built yet. Have to agree with the comments on this forums about the Debernardi paint - it's very chippy. I chipped the paint just taking the frame and fork out of the box. ouch! heh. Oh and the BB is Italian. $390 is a good price for this . You could spend the $85 savings towards a new paint job.
