Thanks guys for the input.... I'll take all this into consideration and put it up for sale.
The tyres are OK - checked by a dealer, and the re-greasing issue was also questioned as fortunately it has been stored indoors in a temperature constant room (third bedroom).
I'll ship anywhere in the world, so I have been advised to target Germany as there are many fans there who want American quality racing products.
A Swedish offer came in of 5000:- which is about $730.
Of course I should take this, but they need to put the money where their mouth is first.

Actually I do not want to sell it, but due to an injury, I'll never compete again and this bike was the insurance settlement - hence never ridden.
