The problem is that you may decide to not have children and that does a certain amount of good; but how do you make other people not have children, and do you have the right to stop them?
You mean wipe out mass sections of humanity of purpose? I didn't know you were an advocate for genocide and another holocaust.
As far as making people not have children, you can go around and sterilize them all.
Of course all your solutions are officially recognized as crimes against humanity, so you might have an issue there.
