Very happy with my training so far. Question on improvement. I started doing 3X15@90% for about 4 weeks, then worked my way up to 4X15@90%. They started to feel a little easy. So I did another FTP test and I gained 10 watts! I imagine part of this is because I have never trained my threshold. Was 270, now 280, but I weigh 195.
Question is, do I go back to 45 minutes total of the new number and build back up to over 60, or stay at 60 minutes with the new number and continue on?
