Like many here- I have a knee problem. We still manage to ride because we know what the problem is. Knee pain can be caused by many things- At our age the common one is Osteo Arthritus but even that can be overcome.

Get it diagnosed and then look for the way to accomodate it. Till diagnosed- you won't know how to cure it.
