Still not enough information.
Cluster can mean either a cassette or freewheel. It's not specific enough. Did they say why you need a new one ? Why not have them replace it for you ?

That is not a 7 speed compatible wheel, so I suspect it's not what you have.

Lots of bike part look similar, but have slight variations based on the year, model, brand etc .... so without specific information, you can't get a specific answer.
