You said earlier that you thought I probably ran stop signs in my car because I do it on my bike when the intersection is empty. That you don't drive a car seems to explain why you would say something so ridiculous.
And you still haven't answered the question. How many times in the average persons lifetime do you think that they're going to find themselves in either a life or death emergency situation or "so far out in the boonies" that it makes more sense for them to get in their car and speed and/or run red lights/stop signs rather then wait for an ambulance?
Who cares? I said it's a hypothetical situation. If you haven't been in an emergency situation, good for you.
But, let's not pretend that emergencies don't happen routinely. Just because it hasn't happened to you doesn't mean it doesn't happen to others, and most people when faced with a situation where they can help someone by breaking a law that doesn't hurt others will willingly do so. I guess you wouldn't and that says a lot about you.
