Where do you live ?. Oh right, Canada. This would work in Canada. On Long Island, calling the cops would be more frustrating then yelling at the stupid women. I'd end up yelling at the cops and find myself overnight away from home. Mind you that these are among the most highly paid cops in the entire USA, but they would think I was as stupid as the women parked in the street.
