I expect to break 400 with the four remaining days, just to say I have. I have come to find that I enjoy slower speed, long distance runs much more than I enjoy trying to go as fast as I can for 20 or so miles. I know at this time my "long distance" is a world different from what other enthusiasts here get in a days ride. I feel very proud of my accomplishment for a fellow with one foot who has been in bed more than out in the last four years, and who in that same time frame has gone from just under 300# to the 205# I weighed in at this morning.
Who knows....after the "season", I might even be able to go below Clyde again for the first time in 15+ years.
