I think it silly to vaccinate against something that mutates so frequently and has so many variations that each shot is a crap shot. The stuff that doesn't mutate as quickly/often (chicken pox, MMR, Polio, whooping cough, etc).
On an unrelated note, I find it ridiculous to give vaccine cocktails.
