Raleigh 3 speeds have been all over the place here, I've had a few go for over $300 in only fair condition and had others in mint condition just sit unsold.
I've only seen one other all chrome bike but it was a super small frame. I have seen several with chrome fenders though and painted frames. The oddities don't seem to sell as well as classic black for some reason, with green being the second choice.
Its often just a matter of holding out and waiting for the right buyer. You could have 50 people look at that bike and not draw a single decent offer, and then have one that's been looking for that bike his whole life and just buys it.
The problem is finding the guy who's been looking for it his whole life who has cash.
