I've got an old Plumber's vise bolted to a stump/log that I used to break loose a stuck post once, used the bike frame as the twist levers, nearly sprung my own back when the stuck post finally gave up it's grip.

I do like the idea of removing the BB and filling the seat tube with the acetone blend, unless the BB assembly is stuck too.
