I heard an acoustic piano, bass and drums version of "You are my sunshine." Today on the way to work. KSDS Jazz 88.3
I wouldn't call it funky, but the drummer and bassist was laying down a beat that you could definitely step to, while the pianist filled in the space with pleasant melodies and sounds, lots of major 7ths, etc.
It was wonderful.
